Every piece begins with a narrative. Whether part of a Signature Collection or a one-of-a-kind commission, we begin by understanding the client's landscape, symbolism, and intended visual impact. The objective: to design a topiary sculpture that feels deeply innate to its environment — timeless, evocative, and artfully composed.

2. Artistic Rendering

Concepts take form through detailed sketches and 3D modeling, refining anatomy, posture, and proportion. This is where imagination meets precision, laying the quiet foundation of a sculpture destined for permanence.

3. Clay Sculpting & Mold Creation

Our master artisans sculpt each piece by hand in clay, capturing fluid motion and lifelike detail with exceptional precision. This bespoke process establishes the foundation for a sculpture with a commanding museum-quality presence — one that unites expressive finesse with enduring structural integrity. Once approved, a custom fiberglass mold is created to preserve the full nuance of the original artwork and enable faithful reproduction in weather-resistant, lasting materials.

4. Fiberglass Core Fabrication

The mold is used to cast a hollow fiberglass shell, engineered to withstand outdoor conditions without compromising detail. This internal structure ensures stability and longevity, even for our most ambitious animal topiary sculptures — from towering giraffes to life-sized elephants.

5. Turf Application

Each form is cloaked in premium artificial grass, carefully selected for its natural tone, density, and UV resilience. Turf is trimmed and applied by hand, with artisans shaping around musculature, contours, and posture to achieve a seamless botanical finish that radiates refined sculptural sophistication.

6. Finishing Touches

Final refinements include trimming, brushing, and UV-protective treatments. Every detail is perfected to ensure each outdoor topiary sculpture achieves our highest standards of artistry, resilience, and visual elegance.

7. Delivery & Installation

Each piece is custom-crated for secure transport. For estate-scale works, we coordinate white-glove delivery and expert installation. Anchoring systems are tailored for turf, stone, or concrete — ensuring your sculpture becomes a lasting focal point in the landscape.

8. Ongoing Care

Each sculpture includes a care guide, with optional seasonal grooming services available. Built to endure through every season, our sculptures remain vibrant and expressive — aging gracefully as living elements of your outdoor space.
